What did you study? In which field did you earn you PhD?

I have done a Master of Social Work and a Diploma in Adult Education, pursuing a Bachelor of Legislative laws and a Master in Adult Education

What did you particularly enjoy about your studies/your PhD?

I am not doing PhD but I am keen to do PhD.

What are you currently doing?

Right now, I'm focused on my studies, my work as a professional social worker, my entrepreneurial ventures, and of course, being a full-time mom to my five-year-old child.

What stages of your professional career would you highlight?

I have 16 years of experience in development work, with a focus on transgender issues, youth development, the unorganized sector, and women's empowerment.

How can you apply what you learned during your studies/at your time at Uni Würzburg to your profession?

One of the most fascinating aspects of my work at the University of Würzburg has been witnessing how theoretical, bookish knowledge translates into practical application, driving positive change in both organized and unorganized sectors in India and creating effective connections with any age group of people.
