Get involved at the Career Centre
With us at the Career Centre, you can gain work experience as a student employee (m/f/d) or as an intern (m/f/d).
We offer two formats for internships: Semester-long as a marketing intern, you will support us in becoming better known within the university. As part of a full-time internship, you will gain insights into our daily work and take on a variety of tasks.
The Career Centre supports students at the University of Würzburg in preparing for their career entry and in acquiring key professional skills.
From August we are looking for
1-2 student assistants (m/f/d)
to strengthen our team.
The working hours are 3 - 6 hours per week. Remuneration is according to TV-L. The applicant (m/f/d) will support our team in day-to-day business. We are looking for a long-term employment of at least one year.
The tasks include
- Support with international networking e.g. Charm EU, Coimbra
- Support with website maintenance (with TYPO 3)
- Co-maintenance of the social media channels
- Supporting the team at trade fairs and events
- Support in the creation of presentations and seminar documents - also in English
- Various research activities
Requirements:
- English language skills at B2/C1 level
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Confident handling of social media
- Willingness for further training (especially TYPO 3, Photoshop, Adobe Indesign)
- Very good written and oral communication skills
