Get involved at the Career Centre
With us at the Career Centre, you can gain work experience as a student employee (m/f/d) or as an intern (m/f/d).
We offer two formats for internships: Semester-long as a marketing intern, you will support us in becoming better known within the university. As part of a full-time internship, you will gain insights into our daily work and take on a variety of tasks.
The Career Centre supports students at the University of Würzburg to prepare for their career entry and to acquire key professional skills.
With immediate effect
a student assistant (m/f/d)
is being sought to support our team.
The working hours are at least 3 hours per week. Remuneration is according to TV-L.
The applicant (m/f/d) will support our team in day-to-day business. We are looking for a long-term employment of at least one year.
Tasks include:
- Assist with website maintenance (using TYPO 3)
- Co-managing the social media channels
- Supporting the team at trade fairs and events
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and seminar materials - also in English
- Various research activities
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German
- Confident use of social media
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn (especially TYPO 3, Photoshop, Adobe Indesign)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
