Counselling

Whether in the first semesters, halfway through or towards the end of your studies - it is worth pausing in the hustle and bustle of everyday student life and taking a look at your own prospects for your studies and career. At the Career Centre of the University of Würzburg, you can receive professional advice and individual support on various topics relating to career planning and career entry. However, we do not arrange positions or internships (see  our take on counselling).

The offer is of course free of charge if

• you are enrolled for a study program
• you graduated no more than one year ago.

Process

After making an appointment via the links above, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation bye-mail. Please note the information in the booking confirmation, e.g. that you should send us the documents, such as your CV, immediately. You are also welcome to state your wishes regarding counselling (video, telephone, presence). We will then contact you via e-mail to determine whether the consultation should be held by video, in person or by telephone.

Online counselling:

Should you wish an online meeting, we will send a Zoom link prior to the appointment via e-mail.

Counselling over telephone:

If a telephone counselling has been agreed, we will call you at the agreed time on the telephone number you have stated.

On-site counselling:

If you would like to meet in person, please come to our office at the time of your appointment.
