What are the aims of the Employability Working Group?
In view of the major upheavals and rapid changes on the labour market, the aim of the working group is to provide students with the latest knowledge for entering the world of work. Lifelong learning and the acquisition of key competences and micro-credentials are at the forefront of this. In order to be able to implement these concerns, it is important to further professionalise career centre work (e.g. through joint projects for the organisation of career services) and to increase the visibility and recognition of career centres at universities. We are constantly striving to pick up on new developments in the labour market, analyse problems and challenges at our universities and develop solutions, exchange experiences and drive forward innovations to improve our services.
