3. everyday internship: experiences and dealing with complexity.
4. maximising knowledge gain, transfer, next steps.
Scientific background and preparation for this course
In this course, you will deal with your personal issues and questions in the context of internship projects.
In order to make the best use of the time available, we recommend that you inform yourself in advance about the joint project ‘Potentials of student internships’, which was carried out by the Mercator Foundation at the Universities of Münster, Düsseldorf and Hanover from 2021 to 2024/25. The online platform created as part of this project provides you with important e-learning units, films and background information. There is plenty of material available here: for example worksheets, checklists, videos, reflection diary, application documents.
This knowledge, which you should acquire in advance through self-study, serves as the basis for the 4-hour workshop and repetitions.
