In this seminar, you will complete short self-evaluation tests on your cognitive and social skills and enter your strengths in a competency model. You will learn about the DISG personality model and take a short test on your behavioral styles. You will also learn about targeted impression management and find out how you can optimize your professional performance with the help of emotion control and the interpretation of micro and macro expressions of your counterparts.
