Project management for students of all subjects: tools and techniques

Efficient project management (PM) is an important prerequisite for the success of a company, as it promotes goal-orientated and effective work through a systematic approach. This is precisely why companies need qualified and well-trained employees who can realise projects 'from A to Z’'- from 'beginning to end'. As a result, more and more job advertisements are also asking applicants to fulfil precisely these requirements: Basic project management skills. However, these skills are often not taught in degree programmes or are not part of the degree course.

This seminar aims to address this desideratum and teach students from all disciplines about the individual phases of project management and provide them with the most important tools: Tools and techniques, tips and to do's - from practice for practice.
