With the workshop they have learned how to support themselves in enhancement of each individual effectiveness. This includes a better knowledge of each one's personality and strengths as well as techniques for a good business appearance.  Jutta Stephany as moderator and coach has supported our PhDs in this interesting and informative weekend retreat journey.

We had a great morning with Ulrike Holzgrabe (University of Wuerzburg), Anja Lührmann (University Clinic Erlangen), Ann-Christin Pöppler (University of Wuerzburg) and Sina bartfeld (TU Berlin) and our female PhDs at the Wunschwerk Café glück UND GUT to talk about experiences as a female scientist, mother, wife and other positions.

It has been a great opportunity to get to know more about former and latest developments of women in science.

The Coaching Ranch - Future Camp

1 - 3 September 2023

Within 2.5 exciting, interactive days in which they were able to resonate with themselves and lasts for a long time. They have worked with horses, but also as a team and just for themselves. And all of this in the most beautiful seminar room in the world: the outdoors! Our trainer was Kai Paulsen. Thank you!
