Faculty and Staff mobility.

The mobility of both academic and non-academic staff supports and strengthens the internationalization of the university. We therefore encourage guest lectureships or professional development visits at our partner universities as well as other institutions. Mobility should generally be accompanied by a deepening of relationships. Ideally, such visits will lead to prospects for closer collaboration, such as new ERASMUS agreements, joint publications and research projects, as well as joint or double degree programs. In the case of non-academic staff mobility, the focus is particularly on mutual learning, for example, in areas such as organization, workflows, structures, and reforms. This exchange fosters a broader perspective on one’s own field of work and can provide new insights for optimization and innovation.
