About SaTec
What do we offer?
SaTec is a Master’s Program taught by the Institut Für Informatik (Institute of Computer Science) of the University of Würzburg. Here, 28 professors with about 200 employees are currently researching and teaching in 4 focus areas: Computing, Systems and Networks, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Human-Centered Computing and Aerospace and Robotics. The institute offers a total of 12 degree programs (bachelor, master, teaching), in which about 1,400 students are currently trained.
SaTec is a study program selected by the Elite Network Bavaria, a government initiative that supports talented young studies from leaving school through to the postdoc phase. Thus, this Master Program offers students an excellent teaching program as well as close, personal guidance and feature an international and often interdisciplinary focus.
In the field of small satellite design, currently 21 small satellites are realized in Würzburg plus 5 small satellites that are operated in orbit. This is offering exciting opportunities for integrating motivated students.
