You study at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) or work at JMU or the University Hospital Würzburg (UKW) and have questions about inventions, patents, trademarks or designs?
We will be happy to provide you with information and support on all types of property rights (patents, trademarks and designs) and, in particular, on inventions and on the provisions of the German employee inventions act (ArbnErfG). Please also get in touch for advice on material transfer agreements or arrangements in relation to the rights to intellectual property generated during research projects.
