Starting in 2021 and as part of the GoTEd project, the Professional School of Education (PSE) has awarded annually DAAD scholarships for up to 6-month combined study and internship stays in different target countries.
The scholarships are designed for student teachers of all teaching programmes across all subject combinations.
The project's first scholarships (for the winter term 2021/22) were awarded on 4 August 2021 at the Professional School of Education (PSE) on the Hubland North Campus.
Since then, the Professional School of Education (PSE) has enabled various GoTEd scholarship holders to gain experience abroad and practical training for their future work as teachers at the same time.
The destination countries of the stays abroad included Spain, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sri Lanka and Namibia.
