Focus in the afternoon
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn as a group program. It has been proven to help focus and improve overall well-being.
We offer Focus in the Afternoon with live online exercises for more mindfulness in everyday work.
People who are interested meet online on Wednesdays from 4:00pm - 4:20pm.
