Training course: Empowered through relaxation
To come to rest, to relax, to be able to switch off, to become serene - that is what many of us wish for. In order to cope with everyday (work) life with its increasing pace and diverse challenges, it is important to reduce stress and relax. Only in this way can body and soul recover - and we can recharge our batteries.
In this course, techniques for relaxation will be introduced and practiced. The basis is deep muscle relaxation (progressive muscle relaxation) according to Edmund Jacobson. This is easy to learn and can be used in everyday life without any problems. In addition, you will learn other forms, such as mindfulness and breathing exercises, meditation, body scan and meditative walking. They all contribute to relaxation, inner balance and personal resilience.
Treat yourself to these small valuable time-outs in your everyday life!
