Public Climate School 2024

Public Climate School 2024

With the nationwide Public Climate School (PCS) from 4 to 8 November 2024, our university is taking another step towards sustainability. During the action week in November, in which the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg is also taking part, we would like to bring topics relating to sustainability more into teaching. The supporting programme of the Public Climate School 2024 will soon be available for you to print out.

Students in particular, but also all other members of the university and all interested parties are cordially invited to take part in the varied and exciting programme surrounding the Public Climate School.

We have put together some Impressions of PCS 2023 for you and would also like to draw your attention to the Survey on the topic of ‘sustainability’ and ask you to take a few minutes to complete it. This will enable us to continuously optimise our offer for you - thank you very much!

The supporting programme of the Public Climate School 2024 will soon be available for you to print out.

You can find the JMU local programme on our WueLAB-PCS-Website.

The meadows at Hubland North Campus are still little used. A hire system for picnic blankets could change this. This would create a natural space for all members of the university that can be used for learning, group work and relaxing.

Do you like this approach? If you have any additions to this, or already have processes in mind or are looking to develop it further, then we look forward to hearing from you. Your contact persons are:
