Felix Wilson is currently undertaking his PhD at the University of Exeter investigating potential success factors when implementing national carbon tax policies, with specific interest in factors which impact willingness to pay (WTP) and understanding what contributes to country level differences in WTP. As part of the Fiscal Citizenship project, he contributes to qualitative research and analysis whilst supporting the survey research team.
