Teilnahme- und Zahlungsbedingungen / Participation and Payment Conditions

Teilnahmebedingungen:

  • Voraussetzung einer Teilnahme an Online-Workshops ist die Aktivierung von Mikrofon und Kamera.
  • Wir können Ihre Teilnahme in Anlehnung an die Bestimmungen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Hochschuldidaktik (DGHD) nur dann bescheinigen, wenn Sie mindestens 75% der Kurszeit anwesend waren.

Zahlungsbedingungen:

  • Bis zu acht Tage vor dem Seminar ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung der Buchung möglich. Anschließend wird die Kursgebühr, sofern Sie keine Ersatzperson benennen können, fällig. Melden Sie sich bitte umgehend bei uns ab, wenn Sie den Workshop nicht besuchen können. Die Rechnung erhalten Sie nach dem Seminar bzw. nach dem Ende der Frist für das Einreichen einer Reflexionsaufgabe per Mail.
  • Im Krankheitsfall haben Sie nach dem Seminartermin bis zu drei Tage Zeit, ein ärztliches Attest (per E-Mail als Foto oder Scan) einzureichen, um eine Erstattung der Kursgebühr zu erhalten.

Participation conditions:

  • It is mandatory to activate your microphone and camera in online seminars.
  • Following the regulations of the German Association for Educational and Academic Staff Development in Higher Education (DGHD), we can only certify your attendance if you were present for at least 75% of the duration of the seminar.

Payment conditions:

  • You may cancel your registration without charges up to eight days prior to the seminar. After that date, the participation fee is due unless you can designate a substitute person. If you are unable to attend the workshop, please contact us immediately. You will receive the invoice via e-mail after the course or after the deadline for submitting asynchronous exercises.
  • In case of illness, you have up to three days after the seminar date to submit a medical certificate (via e-mail as photo or scan) to receive a refund of the course fee.
