LEARN
Globalization, competition and constant innovation of technology lead to the working environment we are currently experiencing: a constantly evolving businesses. With the business and also our private environment experiencing so much change, organizations and people must then learn to become comfortable with change as well. But how do we really feel? Are we already managing change or is change managing us? What about the individuals in our teams? How does it affect myself?
Change Management is often referred to as processes, tools and techniques to manage the people side of change. Yet Change Management is not one outlined method, but rather a range of ideas, mindset and tools which can help to deal with challenges such as resistance, imprints of past periods, emotions and diverging speed of change within individuals.
In our short lecture we will give you insight into exemplary transformational processes at DB Netze and point out the common phases and principals of change, their typical challenges as well as tools which will help to develop and motivate your teams.
Fabian Lange has an academic background in social studies and psychology. For more than 20 years he has been dealing with the question of how to develop people, teams, organizations and societies. He is currently leading the change and transformation management center at DB Netze AG, which represents the largest business unit of the DB Group, responsible for the rail networks and the timetable and therefore with a high demand for transformation,
