Registration fees

The registration fee of 250€ includes attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days. Accommodation is not included. Online registration acknowledgements will be sent by automatic e-mail.

Social Event

The conference dinner on the 17^th of June will be charged with 71€ extra and pre-registration (online application) is mandatory if you want to attend. The venue and more details will be announced later.

Hotels

Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference payment. 

Payment

Please note that payment must be submitted only after  your online registration. At that point, you will receive an email from the organizers with detailed payment instructions. Payment ought to be made via national and international bank transfer exclusively. Credit card payment is not possible.

Cancellation and registration fee refund policy: Notification of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers (rvz-bioimaging2024@uni-wuerzburg.de). 200€ refund if a notification e-mail reaches the organizers on or before 30^th of April. No refund on cancellations after 30^th of April.

Child care

The university offers childcare (by appointment) and access to private breastfeeding rooms during the conference both in the same building. Please let us know your childcare needs when you register so that we can arrange the details with you individually.
