U4U - You for You

Lunch break jogging and fitness at Hubland

We are a small group that meets every Monday at 12.15 pm at building 55 (Josef-Martin-Weg; Hubland Nord) to go jogging. We do 2 laps on the grounds of the former State Garden Show. Duration: approx. 40 minutes; distance: 6 km.

We would be very happy to welcome new running colleagues, as you are more motivated in a larger group! The personal performance level does not matter. We compensate for the different running speeds of the participants with extra loops, for example. At regular intervals, we also put in a few strength units to improve general fitness (e.g. at the calisthenics facility).

Doing sport together has been particularly good for us in the fall/winter, as we tend to be reluctant to get up after work and exercise in the dark.

We would therefore be delighted if our group were to expand soon...

Resonance room

A space for exchange and in-depth discussions outside the everyday university context.

The resonance room is a program initiated by students and lecturers and part of the study projects at the Department of Pedagogy for Learning Disabilities. Here, students are encouraged to think together. To this end, students and lecturers from all disciplines meet regularly to discuss and exchange views on topics that are of personal importance to the participants because they choose them themselves.
