Potential analysis - Well prepared for the mentoring interview (in german)

The mentoring programme matches students or mentees with alumni or mentors from the University of Würzburg. The mentors pass on their experience to the mentees and offer, for example, career advice or support in starting a career.
The programme starts with a four-hour workshop at the Career Centre, where you will be guided through an potential analysis, so that you can go into your meetings with the mentors with a clearer idea of what you want to achieve.
Topics include

    Identifying and recognising your own potential, making it concrete and implementing it (more) consistently
    Perception of self and others (the Johari window)
    What motivates me?
    Personal success and career management
    Setting and achieving goals

Participants in the mentoring programme will be introduced to the programme at a kick-off event, followed by a feedback session and the presentation of certificates.
