Project management for students of all subjects (in german)

Efficient project management (PM) is essential to the success of an organisation, as it promotes goal-oriented and effective work through a systematic approach. For this reason, organisations need qualified and well-trained people who can manage projects from 'A to Z' - from 'start' to 'finish'. As a result, more and more job advertisements are asking for candidates with these skills: Basic project management skills. However, these skills are often not taught or are not part of the curriculum.

This seminar aims to fill this gap by teaching students from all disciplines about the different phases of project management and providing them with the most important tools: Tools and techniques, tips and to do's - from practice for practice.
