The Würzburg International Network (WIN) is a dynamic group of students and volunteers. Our members organize various events aimed at promoting cultural exchange and mutual understanding. Additionally, we strive to create lasting memories for everyone involved.
Whether you're from Germany or another country – everyone is warmly welcome at WIN! You can either join our events as a participant or get involved as a team member by helping with planning and organizing.
We’re always excited to meet new faces who are interested in our activities and eager to share new experiences with us.
Our goal is to help new international students settle into life in Würzburg and introduce them to German culture. Moreover, we aim to enrich their time here with a variety of activities, creating unforgettable memories together.
The well-being of the international students is especially important to us, which is why we place great emphasis on fostering their integration. Our events play a key role in achieving this by promoting intercultural exchange.
Each semester, we organize a wide variety of cultural events that reflect the interests of the current WIN team. You can look forward to pub crawls, wine hikes in Würzburg, day trips to nearby areas, and occasionally even multi-day trips to other German cities. Additionally, we host special events such as karaoke nights and trivia nights, which are held regularly.
The specific events we offer largely depend on the dedication and ideas of the current WIN team. Since everyone is welcome to join, team members are encouraged to contribute their own suggestions – resulting in a diverse and exciting program of activities.
