Open introductory course on potential analysis
A competence profile aims to identify your own strengths and areas for improvement. This forms the basis for making decisions regarding:
- further studies
- suitable internships
- professional orientation
In addition, the competence profile is a useful tool to collect facts and argumentation strategies for cover letters, motivation letters and job interviews.
You can find more information on this topic on our page on potential analysis.
If you are unable to attend one of our seminars on this topic but would still like to conduct a potential analysis, we would be happy to invite you to our open introductory course on potential analysis. Here, we will explain the concept of potential analysis to you and also start to fill in a grid with examples. This you can then continue to work on the analysis at home.
This way, you can refine the potential analysis in other formats or also use it as a basis for proving Professional Skills.
Here you can download the handouts used in the event (in German):
- Leitfragen zum Kompetenzprofil
- Feedbackbogen
- Beispiel-Profil
- Matrix Kompetenzen vs. Interessen
- Präsentation
